About Us

Our Apple Cakes have fresh apples as our 2nd ingredient and are packed with ground pecans... making this cake the perfect amount of sweet with a crunchy crust you'll crave.
Catalina, our beloved baker, has been making this cake for family and friends for over a decade, where she was constantly asked if she would ever sell them. After trying it out at our first local farmer's market (and completely selling out!), we knew this family treasure was destined to be shared and enjoyed in homes beyond our own.
We hope this treat is enjoyed alongside good conversations and loving company. After all, it's the best way to eat an apple!
